With the word users we mean people in the companys staff who enter as administrator, technical support or billing department.
Depending on the setting, some options are disabled for that user. Only the administrator has full access level to the system.
To enter the system as a user, simply type the user instead of the customer number and password in the password field of the form shown in the top of the system.
